Twelve, competition methods:

1. The rules are implemented in accordance with the Chinese eight-ball billiard rules established by the China Billiards Association.

2. The rematch uses single defeat elimination system.

3. If a female player is encountered during the game, the female player is allowed to make a round.

4. There are 16 contestants (the first leg), among which the top 16 players with temporary points ranked, will enter the place directly according to the serpentine ranking.

The top 16 players in the second round of the competition will be drawn by lot.

5. The qualification round uses a double defeat elimination system. All players are in a group of 4 people. Two players from each group enter the rematch. The preliminary round uses 7 games and 4 wins. The quarter-finals use a 9-game 5 win single defeat elimination system. The semi-finals used 11 games and 6 wins, and the finals used 13 games and 7 wins.

Thirteen, incentives:

1st place: 3000 yuan bonus + trophy + certificate + a Goli club (worth 3666 yuan)

4. Smoking is prohibited in the competition venue, and contestants are prohibited from bringing mobile phones into the competition venue;

5. Competitors must wear standard competition clothing (collar tops, vests, dark trousers, and black leather shoes);

6. Don't participate in commercial events and promotional activities during unlicensed competitions;

7. Alcoholism and any form of gambling are strictly prohibited during the tournament;

8. Competitors are strictly prohibited to wear accessories. The wearing of business logos must be approved by the Baoding Billiards Association and must be filed with the competition organizing committee half a month before the start of the competition. The competition organizing committee has the right to determine the referees and competitors ’chests during the competition The content and form of the former logo. In principle, an athlete's free commercial mark on the chest cannot exceed one piece.

9. Any act that violates the law and discipline and violates moral ethics is strictly prohibited.
